成文利 (Wenli Cheng)

Dr. Wenli Cheng is a Managing Economist with Law and Economics Consulting Group, a leading international economics consulting firm. She provides strategic, economic and management advice to for business and government clients. Her mainly works in the areas of competition law, access regulation, contracts and governance. Her recent consulting work has focused on competition issues in network industries including electricity, gas, rail, and telecommunications.

Before joining LECG, Wenli worked for the New Zealand Treasury on a wide range of public policy issues including productivity growth, the role of government in economic development, national savings, and education.

Wenli's academic papers were mostly written while she was studying and researching at Monash University from 1994 to 1996.

Wenli has a PhD degree in Economics from Monash University, a Master's degree in Applied Economics from Montana State University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from People's University of China.
