Working Experience: Worked at the Development Research
Centre of the State Council of China, which is a prestigious think-tank
in China. Involved over 10 large research projects in China.
Main research fields: The Theory of the Firm; Theory
of Economic Growth; China's financial and economic system reform and etc.
Current focus:
(i) The empirical research on firm size and economic growth. Test various
scale effects predicted by new trade theory and new growth theory with
cross country and cross sectors time series data. Test the theories of
New Classical Economics.
(ii) New trade theory and endogenous and exogenous comparative advantage:
survey
Publications:
Papers published in China Economic Quarterly, Journal of Economic Research
(China) and etc.
Have been the author of "Financial Market in China", which is
one chapter of the annual China's
Economic White Paper since 1994.
